How it works
Each ingredient has its own job in SAPSYL-HB:
- The iron salt in the formula replaces body iron stores so the bone marrow can make haemoglobin.
- L-methylfolate is the active form of folate, so it does not need conversion in the body and supports cell division and healthy neural tube development.
- Methylcobalamin is the active form of vitamin B12, needed for healthy nerves, red blood cells and folate metabolism.
Dosage and how to take it
Usually taken once a day, between meals or as the doctor advises.

Side effects of SAPSYL-HB
Not everyone gets side effects. Those reported most often with its ingredients include:
