How it works
Drotaverine relaxes smooth muscle by blocking the enzyme PDE4, easing spasm in the uterus and abdomen.
Mefenamic acid is an NSAID that blocks prostaglandins, the chemicals that cause cramping pain and heavy flow during periods.
