How it works
DHA is an omega-3 fatty acid that is a building block of the brain and eyes; it also supports healthy cell membranes in eggs and sperm.
Folic acid is needed for DNA synthesis and red blood cell formation and lowers the risk of neural tube defects when taken before and during early pregnancy.
Dosage and how to take it
Swallow the softgel whole after a meal.
