Each ingredient has its own job in VUFOL-FORTE:
- L-methylfolate is the active form of folate, so it does not need conversion in the body and supports cell division and healthy neural tube development.
- DHA is an omega-3 fatty acid that is a building block of the brain and eyes; it also supports healthy cell membranes in eggs and sperm.
- Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) helps the gut absorb calcium and supports bone, muscle and immune health.
